Happy (French) Friday! Popping in today to share a piece I worked on for France Today Magazine and Taste of France. Over the past year, I’ve been thrilled to see my work in print in both publications – it’s been a long term goal of mine to be published regularly in print and I couldn’t think of a better fit! It’s always so exciting when the issue arrives!
Recently, I was happy to write about Hachis Parmentier – it’s one of my favourite comfort foods and (sssh!) so easy to make. Bonus? A neat story behind its name!
