This week’s Tuesdays with Dorie recipe comes from Dorie’s latest book, Dorie’s Anytime Cakes. First-of-Fall Apple Bundt was a perfect recipe for me to make and share earlier this month with my local parkrun group, celebrating our first year!
I made half the recipe in a 6-cup Bundt Pan (this is the one I have and it works like a charm! – affiliate link but I am a fan!) and I used Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten-free flour blend – also affiliate link but it works every time!) to make a more inclusive treat for the potluck celebration!

This is a delicious (and easy!) cake – and look at these pockets of apple-y goodness!

This was a hit at parkrun!

It held together pretty well and was moist and flavourful. So good I made it again for a Thanksgiving celebration a week later (spoiler – it was better with the GF blend – regular was a bit more dry?).
A winner I’ll remember all apple season!
