Welcome to the first in a series of five posts where I’ll be putting a spin on some of Jamie Oliver’s healthy breakfast recipes, along with a group of Food Revolution Ambassadors around the world. This month, we were tasked with switching up Jamie’s Mini Super Fruit Breakfast Wrap, a multigrain wrap with a yoghurt-cocoa spread, topped with berries and seeds. Jamie says:
This brilliantly quick recipe is easy to make in the morning before school, and will fuel your body in the right way. Blueberries and raspberries are a fantastic choice here, but feel free to swap in your favourite fruit, or whatever you have at home. Enjoy!
While I love this idea – the yoghurt mixed with cocoa powder and satsuma juice is a great combination – I don’t always have enough time in the mornings to prepare something with multiple steps đ Instead, I’ve combined a few of the ingredients in a blender for a quick morning berry boost with a touch of cocoa!

What about you – what’s your favourite fruity breakfast dish?
Hmmm, I never put cocoa in my smoothies, but I really should! Lately I’ve been adding instant espresso powder because 2017’s been rough, hah!
I love espresso powder too but cocoa is a lovely change!
MMMMMM – brekky tomorrow morning I think with cacao and a handful of spinach for good measure.
Thanks for the recipe Mardi – I love smoothie recipes I can throw in the blender jug the night before and whizz in the morning on the mad rush out the door after all the animal chores are done đ
Ah but the spinach makes it go BROWN!
