There are 2 ways to enter (maximum of two entries per person for the duration of the contest).

Eligibility and contest rules:
– Contest begins on Sunday April 22nd 2018 at 5.30am EST on and closes Monday April 30th 2018 at 6pm EST.
– Prize consists of one (1) copy of Vegetarian Vietnam (RRP $47CAD)
– Open to readers of the age of majority with a Canadian mailing address.
– No purchase of any product necessary for entry.
– Winners will be chosen randomly (using www.random.org) from all qualified entries on Monday April 30th 2018 after 6pm EST.
– Winner will be notified via email Tuesday May 1st 2018 and will have 48 hours to respond to the email.
– Winner will be required to answer a skill testing question.

So hard to pick just one. Việt Nam does so many brilliant vegetarian dishes. I’ll go with spicy garlic-basil eggplant.

My favourite vegetarian Vietnamese dish is salad rolls.
A Vietnamese noodle bowl is my go to favorite; made with rice stick noodles, julienned carrots and cucumber, shredded lettuce, bean sprouts, fresh herbs; topped with slices of crispy fried caramelized marinated nuggets of tofu, drizzled lightly with a zingy a slightly salty sweet & sour sauce. ô la la ツ
