  1. This book sounds so lovely! As do your experiences living in Paris… I think the thing I’d like most on a picnic would be bowl-type salads–dishes with both greens and grains. They’re portable *and* filling!

  2. My favourite picnic food is a charcuterie plate with French pickles ( those Miele cornichons 💚) and a baguette 🥖 ( wine, preferably rosé and sparkling water)
    This book looks amazing

  3. My hands down picnic item is any individual baked item or ginger lemonade. Makes the day complete.

  4. It’s been so long since I’ve been on a picnic, that I had to think a moment. I really do enjoy a chunky, homemade chicken salad on a picnic – maybe with crackers.

  5. I would love to take a freshly baked baguette with a nice blue cheese and other assorted cheese delicacies, maybe some duck pate’ and pear and prosciutto wraps. Fresh fruit; grapes, watermelon, strawberries served with sweet, French lemon and chocolate madeleines and of course a well chilled bottle or two of L’Esprit de Sainte Marguerite Cotes de Provence Rose or if I happen to find a very wealthy man, a bottle of Lafite perhaps (lol) ———————{{—<((@)
