Well on my way out of Adelaide, I managed to score a business class ticket which not only entitled me to access to the “Business Class lounge” where I enjoyed a nice glass of bubbly and a square of passion fruit cake:
but also a hot meal on a short flight, complete with wine!
A mini quiche and some “to die for” mashed peas (not to be confused with mushy peas, these were fresh, crunchy and not at all mushy).
Plus a little petit four-type cakelet:
Because you can never have enough cake.
