Thanks to Appetite by Random House, I have one copy of Yogurt Every Day (I wrote about it here) to give away to one lucky reader in Canada.

How to enter:

There are 2 ways to enter (maximum of two entries per person for the duration of the contest).

1. Leave me a comment on this post telling me how you like to enjoy your yogurt every day.

2. Tweet the following message: Win a copy of @Hub_Nutrition #YogurtEveryDay on @eatlivtravwrite from @RandomHouseCA (Canada!) Details: http://bit.ly/WinYogurtEveryDay then come back to leave a separate comment letting me know you did.

Eligibility and contest rules:

– Contest begins on Thursday July 27th 2017 at 3am EST on and closes Monday August 7th 2017 at 6pm EST.
– Prize consists of one (1) copy of Yogurt Every Day (RRP $25CAD)
– Open to readers or the age of majority with a Canadian mailing address.
– No purchase of any product necessary for entry.
– Winners will be chosen randomly (using www.random.org) from all qualified entries on Monday August 7th 2017 after 6pm EST.
– Winner will be notified via email Tuesday August  8th 2017 and will have 48 hours to respond to the email.
– Winner will be required to answer a skill testing question.

    I eat plain Greek yogurt every morning, usually with a breakfast pod, aka Jittery Snack Attack, and fresh fruit. I love to sub yogurt for mayo or sour cream in recipes. Looking forward to learning lots more about yogurt.

    I’m a nutritionist working with patients with diabetes. Many are overweight. Research shows including dairy foods in a healthy meal plan can help with weight loss. I see this happen. I suggest yogurt as afternoon and evening snacks.. many patients are very successful.
