Thanks to the folks at Better than Bouillon I have a prize pack of Better than Bouillon products and a $100 Sobeys gift card to give away to one lucky reader in Canada:
How to enter:
There are 2 ways to enter (maximum of two entries per person for the duration of the contest)
1 Take a look at the variety of Better Than Bouillon bases and comment below telling me what you would make using Better Than Bouillon. (I made a bright spring risotto which you can read about here!)
2 Tweet the following message: “Win a @BTBouillon + @Sobeys prize pack valued at over $100 on @eatlivtravwrite (Canada!) Details: ” then come back to leave a separate comment letting me know you did.
Eligibility and contest rules:
– Contest begins on Monday May 23rd 2016 at 5.30am EST and closes Monday May 30th 2016 at 6pm EST.
– Prize consists of one (1) Better than Bouillon prize pack which includes a $100 Sobeys’ gift card (Total prize value: over $100CAD)
– Open to readers or the age of majority with a Canadian mailing address.
– No purchase of any product necessary for entry.
– Winners will be chosen randomly (using www.random.org from all qualified entries on Monday May 30th 2016 after 6pm EST.
– Winner will be notified via email Tuesday May 31st 2016 and will have 48 hours to respond to the email.
– Winner will be required to answer a skill testing question.
I would love to add the organic vegetable base to my curried lentil soup. I have actually never used boullion before, this would be great to try! And love that there is a healthier option. Some days you don’t have time to make broth!!

From the recipes I would choose Baked Mostaccioli, it’s a whole lotta love in one bowl! I would also use the Roasted Chicken Base in my own special chicken casserole with rice dish as it would enrich the flavors!
