  1. My favourite restaurant cookbook is the one from Grazie in Toronto. I’ve never quite mastered it, but I love that I can try. I’d like to try the NOPI cookbook to expand my knowledge and also because I think my hubby would enjoy trying to do some cooking in this style. He loves to learn about food and I benefit from his experiments. 🙂

  2. My favourite restaurant cookbook is Alinea! So complicated but gorgeous photography.
Would love to expand my collection with NOPI!

  3. My favourite “restaurant” cookbook so far will have to be my Duchess Cookbook which is a cookbook from a local bakery here in Edmonton. So many pretty desserts that I have eaten there that I can now attempt to make on my own! I would love to try my hand at NOPI mainly because I love his style. The salad you made is also absolutely gorgeous! I also feel that I would benefit from more ideas in the kitchen for veggies as main courses and just further creative ideas in general!

  4. My favourite “restaurant” cookbook is the series of cookbooks from Fresh Restaurants in Toronto. I would like to try the NOPI cookbook so I can explore new recipes and it would give me new ideas about how to prepare certain foods.

  5. My favourite restaurant cookbook is The Balthazar Cookbook. I would like to try Nopi because I have really enjoyed Yotam Ottolenghi’s Plenty.

    • My favourite restaurant cookbook is Fresh from the Toronto restaurant Fresh. I love Jerusalem and would love this book.
