Any fruits is probably where I would start… They love cranberries but they are so high in sugar so it appeals to me that I could have then snacking on something healthier!!!

I’d like to try dehydrating kale and making kale chips!

  4. Celine December 7, 2015 at 08:55 #

I’d love to try fruits and veggies from my garden (right now I have tons of Sunshokes!).
    Thanx for the giveaway!

  5. Leslie December 7, 2015 at 08:57 #

The first thing I would dehydrate is sweet potatoes. My dog loves those pricy sweet potato chews you get at the pet store and I am sure with a dehydrator I could make a load of them for the fraction of the price of store bought ones.

    I tweeted! 🙂

I’d start with mushrooms! Would love to have a stash on hand to pop into soups, etc., but oh they are expensive to buy!

  8. Hema December 7, 2015 at 12:32 #

Great review! I would start with root vegetables since that’s what is most abundant at the farmer’s market right now. I really like that it’s on the smaller size since I am a household of one.

  9. Lisa December 7, 2015 at 14:22 #

I’d dehydrate the rest of the kale in my garden (can’t believe it’s still kicking in December!) and then some sliced sweet potatoes for to make my own dog treats.

  10. Leanne S December 7, 2015 at 14:25 #

I’d start with onions and garlic to make a vege soup stock mix that I could use all winter long

Absolutely any kind of berry or fruit, i’m obsessed with using fruit powders in my dessert experiments but they’re so pricey! Not to mention hard to source. This would be fantastic
