Join me for a culinary journey to France. In this class, you will learn to make a complete three-course meal of classic French café dishes. Your French feast features flaky Puff Pastry Mustard Bâtonnets; tasty Salade de Chèvre Chaud (warm goat’s cheese salad); creamy Quiche Lorraine; and for dessert, a delectable Apple Tarte Tatin (upside-down tart). We’ll make the pastry from scratch and store-bought options will be presented as well! C’est magnifique! Wine tasting included in this class.
