  1. The strawberry/rhubarb jams looks amazing. Just made a strawberry/rhubarb crisp last weekend. I think I need to try this. Also, hubby makes chili sauce every year. YUM!

  2. This looks like the ideal book for me. My relationship with canning is not great; so poor, in fact, that I freeze what I can rather than can. My plan, this summer, is to, yet again, attempt to make a red pepper jelly — one that is neither too watery nor too solid!

  3. definately raspberry and blueberry jams. My grandma has a raspberry bush in her backyard and my parents live in northern Ontario (aka blueberry country) so I’ll have plenty of berries to work with. 🙂

  5. I’d like to try something with blueberries. I’ve made a cranberry/orange marmalade before, but that’s about it!

  6. Oh I’m excited to can all the things! I’d love to try marmalade this year – something I’ve not done before.
