The 12 months of ELTW

Don’t forget to head on over to the POM website and vote for my Red Roast Pork with POMegranate glaze. Click here (edited to add, link is no longer active). Thanks so much in advance!

Ok, on to today’s post…

Remember some of these images?

Well now you can relive my first year blogging (actually 7 months but hey!) in this beautiful calendar, now available at Lulu.com. Click here to take you to the product page.

Why a calendar? Well I usually make calendars for a few people using Apple’s iPhoto and they are exquisite, however, not so affordable if you want to buy more than a couple.

This year, as gifts for various people, I decided to try out Lulu.com’s calendar option and was very pleased with the ease of use – gotta love user friendly applications.

Whilst I was at it, I had the option to “sell” the calendar publicly. Why not, I thought? It is very reasonably priced – read: I still don’t fancy myself as much of a photographer so I only increased the price a smidgen over the actual cost

You’ll be able to relive some of my Laos trip

And who could forget the BLT challenge?

My obsession with purple veggies…

And other memories.

Anyway, I expect you are all off to Lulu.com to make your own calendars now (LOL!) but please at least check mine out. I am definitely a work in progress re: photography but maybe one or two of you might want one so you can say you “knew Mardi when…” (yes, yes, I am totally kidding myself…)

  1. How cool! I noticed the calendar link on your blog today and thought I must have missed you talking about it, but it seems I just have eagle eyes.

Great calendar, beats the pants off Anne Geddes 😉

  3. Mardi, guess what I bought today at my local Target? Dark Chocolate Tim Tams! They are tasty (and caloric) little guys. Now I can send you some if you can't get them. They had a few flavors, but of course I went for the darkest brown ones. I didn't see any bacon/chocolate, unfortunately.

    Jessica – thanks so much

Conor – you DO have eagle eyes! And in my opinion, it wouldn't take much to beat the pants off AG….

French cooking – thanks, I have so many it was hard to pick 12!

  6. Conor — Doesn't ANYTHING beat Anne Geddes? The day something from her appears in our house is the day I realise our relationship has died. Or maybe senility has set in.

Kablooey — Never mind Mardi, Mr. Neil LOVES the Dark Tim Tams. 🙂
