I would eat just about any pastry in Paris with a good espresso but would choose definitely a macaron or an St. Honore cake slice.

I would love a cup of Kusmi tea’s Troika blend and some brioche. Then the next day, a cafe au lait and a religieuse. And macarons and croissants every day afterwards. I just posted the contest to my Twitter account (https://twitter.com/desdemyer). I loved Jill Colonna’s earlier book “Mad about Macarons.”

Chocolate mousse for sure at Chez Janou, and then a cup of hot african chocolate at Angelina, and then hot fresh criossant from any cafe/bakery, while I watch Parisians walk by.

I soooo need to go back to Paris, but for now I can live vicariously thru your blog.

There are soooo many – however, a Pierre Herme macaron and an eclair would be right up there on my list, with a hot espresso to wash it all down.

I also have Jill’s Mad about Macarons book.

I’m hoping to actually BE enjoying teatime in Paris next month (it would be my first time ever in France!) and I definitely would love to be enjoying a plate of macarons with some hot tea. 🙂 Or a pot of chocolat. 🙂
