    Ever? Really? Hmmm. Perhaps I’ll try making it with Quorn. Or maybe I could make my own roo mince? I shall let you know!

    • I *have* actually made a similar recipe with a quorn-like product but I have to tell you it wasn’t the same.. I do a great veggie chili too though!

    My favorite chili ever had ground turkey, white beans and butternut squash chunks with all the usual suspects for seasonings. Chili recipes and what is best is probably a topic that could start a war!!

    This chili looks delicious. To make it skinny, I’d brown the beef without oil in a nonstick pan.

    • It’s the best dish for that type of weather – I always try to have some on hand in the freezer…
