North End Market Tour (Boston) – 2

Did you already read about the first part of the North End Market tour in this post?

Our next tasting stop on the tour was Polcari’s Coffee:

A coffee, tea and spice emporium, this tiny store really has everything you could think of!

The ubiquitous deli meats and cheeses.

Any spice you could imagine.

Dried fruits, nuts and legumes.

And perhaps the best part on a steamy mid-summer Boston day:

A lemon slushie (well technically a granita!)

Highly recommended – and not just for the slushie!!

Oh, now you've got me missing Boston. Did you by any chance find the No Name restaurant on the Bay? You sit at enormous picnic tables with everyone else and sharing huge platters of food as well as tall tales. It's a unique place, and I hope it's still there.

Thanks for posting this tour. Great place!
