I have had so many free flights on AC in the last year and a few more coming up (France, Montreal, New Orleans...) that I am prepared to put up with the bad food.... On Malaysian Airline, they even have a menu booklet for all 5 or 6 meals we had on board a 20-hour flight! This was coach / economy. Honestly, I hate AC and rarely fly with them. I love the Asian airlines which seem to care more about what they are serving. Cathay Pacific has great service and much better food. I had a great experience with food on a Malaysian Airline flight from NYC to Kuala Lumpur via the Middle East. During our last trip, we took KLM and were served South African food, i.e. Beef Bobotije, which was really good! Air Canada is the worst airline for food.
