I love seeing the variation in the potatoes. Have you had a chance to try some of the different types? I'd be curious what kind of variation in taste you find.

Me too, Steve - potatoes have become a boring staple in much of North America. You really need to search to get the varieties.

I remember us getting a heap in our organic box delivery, and I kid you not, some were the size of cranberries!
