With no apologies to you veggies out there: humans ARE omnivores.
(Though as Michael Pollan says: "Eat Food. Not too much. Mostly plants." His latest book highly recommended, btw.)
You'll have to wait until August to see the results…though the old "canning room" in the cellar, dutifully converted to wine, might just be the place to start hanging meats.
